The purpose of the site is to provide you with information about Tai Chi and Alternative Health through our e-magazine and products from our mail order store.

Care has been taken in the preparation of this site. However, as certain technical matters may be beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that your access will not be uninterrupted from time to time.

The information on the site has been included in good faith for general informational purposes only. It should not be relied upon for any specific purpose and no representation or warranty is given as to its accuracy or completeness. 

Availability of Product

Reference to any product on the site does not constitute an offer to sell or supply that product or service and does not mean that the product is available in all countries.


You have the right to cancel your order with us, in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The period in which you can exercise that right is 14 days beginning the day after your goods are received. The cancellation request has to be received by us in writing - by email or letter. The unused goods (including any accessories which were included in the price of the goods) must be returned at the customer's expense within 21 days after receipt of parcel and customer is responsible for any damage during the transit of the returned goods.

We reserve the right to have the goods inspected for replacement or refund. Should you cancel your order within the cooling off period we will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s). Any cancellation made outside the 14 day "cooling-off" period may not be accepted.

Tai Chi Worldwide Limited is, unless otherwise stated, the owner of all copyright and database rights in the site and its contents. You may not publish, distribute, extract, re-utilise, or reproduce any part of the site in any material form (including photocopying or storing it in any medium by electronic means) other than in accordance with the limited use licence set out in our copyright notice or as permitted by the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 or the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997 as applicable or any equivalent legislation as may apply in your country.
